Here is the first print (and first image) from my 14th blacklight series Abduction. I wanted to do my own take on the overdone (and rather cliche) "handprints on a model" bit, and this is what I came up with. As with most of my blacklight series, this was painted using 100% invisible ink and then photographed under multiple UV light sources. Special thanks to my assistant for her assistance on this shoot as wrangling lights, cords, models and so on can be rather difficult on a shoot like this.
This image has been displayed in Las Vegas NV at the following galleries and/or museums: Apparatus The Box Office Laura Henkel Fine Art/M. Fattorossi Galleries The Erotic Heritage Museum and also in California at the AMP Outdoor Gallery in Rancho Cucamonga and at the .EDU Art Festival in Riverside, CA, as well as the PB&J Gallery in Pomona, CA. Numerous copies have been sold and also reside in private collections all over the world.
That's awesome, always wanted to experiment with glow in the dark paint. You did a fantastic job as a photographer, I'd love to see her eyes a little more. Just cause I'm a fanatic when it comes to eyes. I think I remember you at devmeet, or was it the anniversary with the llamas and shit? Maybe I'm mistaken.
