This is one of my favorite portraits that I have ever taken of ~whoville14, and we have been working together for nearly 3 years on over 10 different projects. It's weird that it is one taken on such an obscure camera. (A 1961 Polaroid 100 Land, from The Great Polaroid Project™.) For more information on this camera and the project, be sure to check out my previous entry: [link]

it looks like such a calm and quiet picture.
like taken by a dear loved one..

it reminds me of the times i would take pictures of my girlfriend in whatever she's got on, just because i want to capture whatever the moment is and pull it up when i remember the moment..

she looks beautiful..and as for not liking the model by other people..the only thing id say is "to each is his own".

i like the grain .. but i'm guessing that's from the camera.. i guess that's what gives it that look..like it's been taken by a loved one..

i like it.

i like the fence in the background with the plantlife sprouting up!
she almost looks like "the house wife" with her up against what looks like the support beam to a garage, and the snake-light dangling from it, and the fence it just.. gives me a "home-like" feeling :)
she's very beautiful, and has a lovely smile.

That is completly irrelevant to the piece.
Not to mention, you've never met her, so the best you can do is dislike her looks.

Please don't comment on my work anymore.

Really? I am not that fond of it but I am more a critic of myself then others, as soon as I can afford gas and paint I am coming back out

We're always our own biggest critics; for me it's your facial expression that makes this image awesome. Granted, it does show up better in the Promotional Image but it's still really neat in this one.
