By now word has gotten around that I've spent the last several weeks building an epic cyberpunk set. Well, the rumors are true and I'm just a few days from having it *mostly* finished (i/e: shootable) though I have a lot more things I want to add before I have the studio Grand Opening party in April. But you can expect to see some work from it before then.
What you see in this photo is just a 4-foot wide section of what is an entire wall built floor to ceiling. There are 24 working monitors fed by 2 computers and a plethora of awesome "easter eggs" for cyberpunk fans. In this photo the most obvious is the "Network 23" patch on my jacket (from Max Headroom) but also just in this tiny section is a Tyrell Corp All Access Badge (Bladerunner), an Umbrella Corp nametag (Biohazard/RE) and a Nuka-Cola Quantum Bottle (from Fallout). There's a ton more in the other sections, too. Building this set had been a dream of mine for some time now, and I'm pleased to finally have the money and space to do it my way.
Other notes: The sword I'm holding is from "Blade", which is about as cyberpunk as Resident Evil, but still really cool looking. The camera I'm holding is one of my Canon bodies with an 18-200 lens on it. More of this set coming soon!
